Summer is moving season for expat aid workers. We’re transitioning from one country to the next, hopefully with a break in between for some good old-fashioned R&R. I’m in the middle of a move too, from Liberia to Senegal, and in this new issue I’ve explored the idea of moving to see how we can make these international transitions a good thing.
Download the guide here: Guide to Moving – Expat Backup, Issue 2.
It includes sections on:
- How to minimalize your stuff for greater freedom;
- Things to remember when moving with Third-Culture Kids;
- 5 ways to find your new community and settle in to your new home.
This emagazine is the second in the Expat Backup series of free quarterly publications, and I’d love to hear what you think at elie at expatbackup dot com.
The file size is 1.7 MB, so if you’re having trouble downloading it on a slow Internet connection, email me and I’ll share it with you on Dropbox.
Enjoy and thanks for reading!
